Overall: Great host & gorgeous view. No A/C - be careful booking during summer
TLDR: Lori's place has all the amenities you need for a nice family vacation & a GORGEOUS view of the water. However--like almost all buildings in town--it does not have A/C. We were unfortunately there during a heat wave & our baby got very sick from how hot it became in the unit. Lori & her son were incredibly responsive: they brough by fans &--when our baby was still sick--an A/C unit to cool down the room he stayed in.
It's a great place to stay, but be careful booking in this area (not unique to this unit) if you or your travel companions are heat sensitive.
