Includes 2 condos that are right next to each other (about a 3 second walk from door to door.) Each condo has everything you'll need for an amazing stay whether you're a big group of friends or multiple families.
Each of the 2 condos has a A+ amenities that all guests LOVE and appreciate! Kitchens are fully equipped and prepared for big crowds, all beds are incredibly comfortable, lots of extra bedding/pillows, and more.
Each condo is located on the top floor of the building which is accessible by an elevator and staircases. The main living space is on the bottom floor of the condo: living room with a fireplace, kitchen, multiple dining areas, closets for your gear, a full bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the Northstar Village. Top floor of each condo (up the staircase) includes the bedroom, lofts with other beds, TVs, and a full bathroom.

You'll have each condo entirely to yourselves with a 24 hour, self check-in. Reservation comes with one unique, digital key for each condo. You also get full access to the Northstar Recreation Center (which charges a daily fee per person.) This building is the only building that gets access to the Rec. Center!

Located in the Timber Creek Lodge, the heart and original building of the Northstar Village. The condos are right next to each other. It takes 3 seconds to walk to the front door of the other one. The location is exceptional! Walk to gondola/lifts which are about 300 feet away so no car is ever necessary. You are steps from the restaurants, shops, skating rink, fire pits, rental equipment, movie theater, and more in the amazing Northstar Village! It's only about a 3 minute walk to the Northstar Recreation Center which has year-round hot-tubs, a game room, a fitness center, tennis/pickle ball courts, seasonal pools, bocce, events, and more. And, the condos are directly across from Copper Lane, the only grocery store and cafe which has everything you'll need plus an extensive wine collection, excellent cafe, gourmet groceries, chargers, gifts, household goods, and more.
Each condo has 1 parking spot in a reserved spot in the covered parking garage in the building. Spots are steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too! There are free shuttles that pick up/drop off right outside the building! The Northstar shuttle will take you anywhere on the Northstar Resort. The Tahoe Truckee Regional Transit (TART) will take you anywhere from Donner Lake to Truckee to Incline Village and down the West Shore for FREE!
Only building in the Northstar Village that has access to the Northstar Rec Ctr, a 3 minute walk from the condos. The Rec. Center has 3 pools (including adult only pool), 3 hot-tubs, kids water structures, playgrounds, gym, game room, sports courts, bocce, BBQs, quiet room, and more. Ski-in/ski-out – near ski lifts
We had a great time in both condos during our family vacation. The location is ideal in the middle of Northstar Village so there is a lot to do only a few steps away! The condos are surrounded by many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores, a movie theatre, an outdoor skating rink (ice winter/roller summer), skiing in winter, biking/hiking in summer, and even a free gondola ride up to the Ritz Carlton. The kids had a blast at the Rec center which has an amazing pool, water feature, kiddie pool, hot tubs, workout room, pickle ball, bocce ball, basketball, a huge game room, and even daily arts and crafts for the kids!
The condos were well-equipped with games, including pickleball and bocce ball sets, towels, linens, and even mountain bikes for guests to use! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it great for the nights we cooked in. Lori is phenomenal to work with and one of the kindest and most communicative hosts I have had. We rented both units&had a wonderful time.Being in Northstar Village is amazing&made getting on&off the mountain effortless.We had 5 adults&4 kids&we had plenty of space. Both units have a sleeping loft that the kids loved! There were plenty of beds&towels. Both units have a gear closets for your boots etc&unit 310 has a boot/glove dryer/warmer. Both kitchens are fully stocked with equipment including keurigs, plates, pots/pans etc. There are some kitchen items such as olive oil/salt/pepper&plenty of coffee kcups if you forgot yours. Right downstairs is a market cafe that has food to go plus sundry items/alcohol. The living rooms in both units are cozy&well appointed. The host Lori couldn’t have been more responsive&thoughtful&always with a helpful recommendation. The village has so many restaurants, bars, coffee, shopping, ice skating&movie theater. The units also come with access to the rec center that has heated pools, gym, arcade&2 hottubs. The trip couldn’t have been more magical.
