Description
Stunning condo in the heart of the Northstar Village. Walk 3 min to gondola/lift. Has everything you'll need and more: comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, extra bedding, new Ninja grill on private balcony, beach towels for the hot-tubs at the Northstar Rec. Center which you can access (~5 min walk from condo.) No car needed - steps from restaurants, shops, skating rink, gear rentals, movie theater plus reserved parking in covered garage. Even has AC, fireplace, projector, EV chargers steps away.

Main floor has:
- Living area with incredibly comfortable Lovesac couch which can be converted to a king size bed (bedding provided), gas fireplace, balcony with new Ninja BBQ/smoker/airfryer
- Projector streams TV and all other streaming devices on the wall for a movie-theater like experience (and works great even with the curtains open during the day!)
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking supplies, spices, dinnerware, island with 5 stools
- Full bathroom with lots of fluffy towels, free toiletries, Q-Tips and flossers
- Beautiful live edge dining table for 8
- 2 closets to store gear which stores a new air mattress and bedding for it plus tons of games, bocce balls, pickleball paddles and more
- Balcony overlooking the Village with a straight view of Copper Lane, the only grocery store in the Village which also has an amazing cafe, wine selection, and everything you'll need
2nd floor loft has:
- Bedroom with queen size bed
- 2 twin beds
- 1 full bathroom
- Washer & dryer

How many people can fit? It's up to you but there are 5 real beds/mattresses with more sleeping options, all with amazingly comfortable linens and pillows:

You'll have the entire condo to yourselves plus the amazing Northstar Recreation Center which is only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The Rec. Center has swimming pools including a year-round lap pool, 3 year-round hot-tubs, a game room, playground, gym, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, bocce, BBQs, a totally remodeled, huge living room with 4 smart TVs, a snack bar in the summer, tons of lounge chairs, etc.

Located in the heart of the Northstar Village, 3 minute walk to the gondola which takes you to ski/ride, steps to amazing restaurants, bars, grocery story, skating rink, movie theater, and more. Read the reviews. Everybody notes the LOCATION is awesome especially if you have a bunch of kids and all the gear! This location will make you forget about all that!:-). For you out of towners, the Northstar Resort is consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Family resorts in the US. You will love it! I guarantee you will want to return. You may never leave Northstar during your stay b/c it's so awesome!

Condo has one free parking in a reserved spot in the covered parking garage in the building. Spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too! There are free shuttles that pick up/drop off right outside the building! The Northstar shuttle will take you anywhere on the Northstar Resort. The Tahoe Truckee Regional Transit (TART) will take you anywhere from Donner Lake to Truckee to Incline Village and down the West Shore for FREE!
Airport shuttles from the Reno International Airport are available too! It's only 45 minutes away. Plus, lots of Uber drivers in Reno will take you to Northstar (and pick you up!) Ask for more detail.
Only building in the Northstar Village that has access to the Northstar Rec Ctr, a 3 minute walk from the condos. The Rec. Center has pools (including adult only pool), 3 year-round hot-tubs, kids water structures, playgrounds, gym, game room, sports courts, bocce, BBQs, quiet room, and more. We enjoyed a great long weekend of spring skiing here! Lori was super responsive when we had questions and gave us lots of helpful tips. We’ll be back for sure! Lori was a great host very friendly and quick responses! It was exactly as described and accurate to the photos! Perfect for our family of 5 the kids loved the loft and projector screen! You can’t get any better than this location we walked right outside to the gondola and all the restaurants are close to get to, steps away. All you need is right there in the village! We are already planning our next trip back! Alexandre
