When we arrived at the Airbnb we found it had not been cleaned since the last guest. We reached out to Lori and she offered us another place which we accepted. The other place we ended up staying at was gorgeous but it’s a shame we had such a poor experience with our original place and with management. There were multiple things wrong with the new place (heating didn’t work, fireplace didn’t work, some lights didn’t work etc) and Lori was very frustrating to deal with. She ignored my calls and some texts and was very bad at communicating - saying she will send someone over to help and then never following through with that. The place needs clearer and more detailed instructions with how everything works. It also seems like places are not checked properly in between guest stays. The second property we stayed at was beautiful but our experience with cleanliness and management was terrible. Linda

I’m very grateful for how wonderful our stay was at Lori’s cabin. As soon as we arrived, I received a warm message from Lori, which made us feel welcome right away. The cabin was spotless and exactly as pictured on Airbnb—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect spot for a get-together with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. I’ll definitely be back! V
