Located in the heart of the Northstar Village, 3 minute walk to the gondola which takes you to ski/ride, 1 minute walk to grocery story, skating rink, movie theater, amazing restaurants, and more. Read the reviews. Everybody notes the LOCATION is awesome especially if you have a bunch of kids and all the gear! This location will make you forget about all that!:-). For you out of towners, the Northstar Resort is consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Family resorts in the US. You will love it! I guarantee you will want to return. Only building in the Northstar Village that has free access to the Northstar Rec Ctr, a 3 minute walk from the condos. The Rec. Center has pools (including adult only pool), hot-tubs, kids water structures, playgrounds, gym, game room, sports courts, bocce, BBQs, quiet room, and more. Walk seconds to grocery store, skating rink, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Condo has 1 free parking in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo.) Spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too!

Condo is steps from the Shuttle stop for all of the Northstar shuttles and free TART shuttles that will take you FREE to Donner Lake and all around North Lake Tahoe and down the West shore. Condo comes with multiple parking spots: one free parking spot in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo) and more spots closeby if needed. Garage spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too!

First off the communication from Lori was great. Location is great, right in the center of Northstar so you don't ever really have to drive anywhere. That's the point. The unit itself is a little dated / beat up. Showers are kind of funky, the upstairs/loft situation is a little strange/scary. There's little TV's everywhere and cords galore. The loft area for kids didn't feel safe, and, frankly the whole upstairs felt like a giant fire hazard. I don't even know how it was to code. I did enjoy my stay there but it's a little tired / feels very used/rented which is generally fine it's just not cheap. Wonderful place in a wonderful location! Very easy with the parking space right below. Thank you!! Jesse

This place was perfect for our mountain bike stay. Near the entry, close to food. Only negative is you have to pay 10 bucks a person for the pool. But we loved it C

Cozy Condo In a Nice Location!
Positive: The condo was comfy and centrally located to exploring the area by car. While the village was kind of dead because it is off season, we did eat at a few places and enjoyed a coffee spot across the way. The balcony was also enjoyable. The kitchen was also well-equipped for cooking. Overall it was a nice place to stay!
Negative: The lights were hard to figure out, and many seemed to flicker when used, so the inside was a little dark. Also, there is not a washing machine/dryer in unit, but instead pay-for-use units in the hall. My trip was only a week, so I didn’t need the laundry, but be aware that, although available, they are not in the actual unit and not free.
