THE HOME
The main level centers around a spacious great room with soaring windows, comfortable seating and a fireplace overlooking the mountain setting.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, premium cookware and a coffee bar, with an open layout that makes it easy to cook, dine and gather together. For a special evening at home, our concierge can also assist with arranging a private chef.
Outside, the private hot tub overlooks Northstar's Home Run, creating an exceptional setting for après-ski or a quiet evening under the mountain sky.
A separate upstairs bonus living area provides another comfortable place to watch movies, play games or relax—particularly useful for families and groups who appreciate having multiple gathering spaces.
Built-in bunk alcoves within the bonus area are designed for lounging and play only and are not approved sleeping accommodations.

The home offers three bedrooms:
Primary Suite
King bed, soaring windows and dedicated workspace.
Second Bedroom
Queen bed.
Third Bedroom
King bed with views toward Northstar's Home Run.
Bathrooms include a primary ensuite with tub/shower combination and double vanity; a second ensuite with walk-in shower, double vanity and separate toilet room; and a main-level half bath.
Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Your stay includes access to two recreation centers within Northstar:
Mountainside Tree House
A private community gathering and recreation facility conveniently located within Mountainside.
Village Swim & Fitness Center
Additional recreation and fitness facilities located in Northstar Village.
Guests have access to two fitness centers—one at each recreation center—along with additional shared recreation amenities.
Facility amenities, operating hours and availability are managed by the respective recreation centers and may vary seasonally.
SKI-IN/SKI-OUT & NORTHSTAR ACCESS
When snow and resort operations permit, access Northstar's Home Run directly from the property for true ski-in/ski-out convenience.
During ski season, complimentary on-demand shuttle service provides convenient transportation to destinations including:

Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent upon snowfall, trail conditions and Northstar resort operations.
The Mountainside Tree House and Village Swim & Fitness Center are shared recreation facilities. Amenities, operating hours and seasonal availability are determined by the respective facilities.
The upstairs bonus area is not a sleeping area. Built-in bunk alcoves are not permitted sleeping accommodations.
The HOA manages snow removal for the driveway, hot-tub area and front pathway. During active storms, service timing may vary based on snowfall and community operations.
Severe mountain weather can occasionally affect road conditions, utilities and internet service.
