The condo is located in Building 7, approximately 200 feet from KT-22, one of the resort's most recognized chairlifts. Other base-area lifts, equipment rentals, restaurants, shops and après-ski are also within walking distance.
From the private top-floor balcony, enjoy views of the tram traveling up the mountain and activity around the famous Le Chamois.

COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACES
After a day outdoors, come home to a welcoming living room furnished with a spacious Lovesac sectional featuring deep, comfortable seating.
Relax by the fireplace, watch a movie on the smart TV or enjoy an evening of board games. A dining table and additional kitchen counter seating provide space for meals and time together.
The private balcony offers outdoor seating, a Ninja electric grill and a chance to enjoy the mountain atmosphere.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The condo accommodates up to four guests.
The private bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double vanities and an oversized soaking tub/shower combination.
In the living room, the Lovesac sectional can be rearranged into a king-size sleeping space for two additional guests, with extra bedding provided.
Please note that the additional sleeping area is part of the shared living room and is not a separate bedroom.
A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN & COFFEE STATION
Whether you're preparing breakfast before the lifts open, packing snacks for a day outdoors or cooking dinner at home, the kitchen includes the cookware, utensils, spices and essentials you'll need.
Start your day with Peet's coffee from the well-stocked coffee station, featuring drip coffee, K-cups, espresso options, assorted teas and sweeteners.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, along with children's dinnerware.
A Ninja electric grill on the private balcony provides another convenient option for preparing meals.

Guests have access to the Lodge's shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a game room with ping pong.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tubs or unwind in the sauna.

The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, bedroom desk, covered garage parking and elevator access.
Shared EV charging stations are available in the garage, subject to availability.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY
• The condo is on the top floor of Building 7 at Palisades Tahoe Lodge, with elevator access.
• The ski lifts are a couple of minutes' walk from the building. During exceptionally snowy conditions, skiing directly back to the building may be possible, but is not guaranteed.
• There is one private king bedroom. The additional sleeping space is the convertible Lovesac sectional in the shared living room.
• Hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, pool, tennis courts and game room are shared amenities. The outdoor pool is seasonal, and amenities may be temporarily unavailable.
• EV charging stations are shared and subject to availability.
• Before winter travel, check official weather forecasts, road conditions and chain controls. Carry appropriate chains and follow Caltrans, CHP and other official guidance.
• Snowstorms and other weather-related events can affect roads, electricity, Wi-Fi and other services throughout the Lake Tahoe area.
