Cozy, clean, single story, 3-bedroom home in the coveted Tahoe Sierra Estates neighborhood in Tahoe City. You'll have access to one of the best private beaches on the North Shore with white sand, huge pier, BBQ, loungers and more. Cabin has year-round private hot-tub, fireplace (and logs), is minutes to town for restaurants, shopping, Truckee River Rafting. ~10 min drive to Palisades. Walk/ride to the West Shore bike path or Tahoe House for fresh pastries, coffee or gourmet food. A+ amenities. All 3 bedrooms have very comfortable beds, new bedding and lots of pillows: - Bedroom 1: King bed with full en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo), double doors leading to back deck with hot-tub - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed, single twin bed, and a single twin mattress underneath (4 twin mattresses) - An air mattress is also available. 3 bathrooms have tons of fluffy and extra towels and complimentary toiletries: 1. Full Bathroom 1: ensuite in Master Bedroom 1 with shower/tub combo 2. Full Bathroom 2: has brand new shower and is located in hallway right outside 2nd and 3rd bedroom 3. Half Bathroom 3: located by the living area closer to the entrance to the garage from the house (makes it easy for a couch sleeper to have own bathroom) Main living/dining area: - Huge, wood burning fireplace (we provide the logs too!) - New, incredibly comfortable sectional couch - Tons of windows make you feel like you're outside - Huge dining table for 8 - Full kitchen which has everything you need including all new cookware, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. plus all the spices you'll want. We even have a rice cooker! - Tons of family games 2 outdoor decks: 1. Year-round hot-tub on the back deck 2. Year-round gas BBQ on side deck which also has dining and lounging furniture in the summer months Located in the highly desirable Tahoe Sierra Estates neighborhood in Tahoe City.
