Your stay includes Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant Guest Passes, giving you access to select private Tahoe Donner amenities (subject to daily access fees and blackout dates). Each pass is valid for one guest per day.

Please Note: Tahoe Donner private amenities are unavailable to short-term rental guests during certain holiday blackout periods, including MLK Weekend, Presidents' Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 1–5, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and December 24–January 3. Public Tahoe Donner amenities and many nearby Truckee/Tahoe attractions remain available during these times.

The area is peaceful, family-friendly, and incredibly scenic year-round.
Note there are blackout dates over the holiday periods for the Tahoe Donner amenities. Guests won't be able to enter but there are a ton of activities close by that are open to the public.
