Description
This fully loaded 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom family home is incredibly comfortable, clean, cozy, & well equipped. Ideal location allows you to walk, ride, or drive to the best of Tahoe within minutes! Get access to a private HOA beach with loungers, BBQs, and pier is a 5 min walk! Front patio has BBQ, dining table, & comfy outdoor furniture. Majority of house on single story. 2nd story only has master suite with king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, huge TV, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub.

Most except 1 bedroom on 1 story/ground floor. Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms which includes 2 master ensuite bedrooms. One master suite is located on ground floor and the other is located on the 2nd story on other side of house.

A very nice front patio with a BBQ, dining table for 8, and other comfortable lounge chairs is amazing anytime of the day.
You'll have access to the entire house and the neighborhood's private beach and pier. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The beach has a long pier, a nice grassy area, a BBQ, beach chairs and lots of white sand.

Located in a quiet, cul-de-sac in one of Tahoe's West Shore most sought after neighborhoods, yet only minutes away from all that Tahoe offers. All guests enjoy a a 3 minute walk to the private HOA beach on Tahoe City's West Shore which includes white sand, BBQs, pier, towering pines that provide shade for those who want it and so much more. Kids play whiffle ball and basketball in the cul-de-sac and have neighborhood talent shows in the neighbors backyard.

Property has bear wires and a bear mat which is very common on the West Shore of Tahoe as there are lots of bears in Tahoe. It's easy to turn the wires on and off just using 1 switch close to the front door.View More

Relaxing space to vacation near Lake Tahoe. Close to skiing and more. Very enjoyable.
Positive: The house is big. Four good size bedrooms. Bathrooms clean and more than acceptable but slightly dated. Lots of living space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked, clean and usable (there was a great coffee station). Location near the lake is great. There is lake access.

Uncomfortable stay due to broken heating, poor communication, and a host who backtracked on a promis
Positive: Great location: close to Palisades Tahoe for skiing or enjoying scenic views of the lake.
Negative: Our stay was extremely uncomfortable on the first night due to a broken thermostat, leaving the master bedroom and second living room freezing (around 50°F). Despite contacting the host, Lori, she was unable to resolve the issue that night, and later stopped responding to our calls. Guests meant to stay in the master bedroom had to sleep on the couch in the first living room.
Lori apologized the next morning and initially promised a 30% discount for the discomfort. However, before checkout, she changed her offer to just $150 off our ~$2,600 total stay and then stopped responding altogether when I pointed this out.
While she eventually sent someone to fix the issue and provided portable heaters in the morning, the lack of accountability and poor communication made this a frustrating experience. Would not recommend this property unless the heating system is confirmed to be fully functional. Beautiful home, it feels so cozy!
