Cabin is a 1 story ranch which maximizes the views and the wrap around deck. Kitchen and dining area overlook the backyard. Living room area with a wood-burning stove overlooks the front yard. The office area is just around the corner from the sliding glass doors in the dining room.

Piney Woods is a great place. The cabin was perfect in every respect. Comfortable homey feeling. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom well appointed. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh towels. We cannot say enough about this lovely retreat from the hustle. The property was widest and the host was on top of everything. 5 Stars all around. Allison

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very comfortable and the location is great. Thank you! Great location. Perfect place if you have a dog. Close to everything. Quiet. Great value. Cozy cabin that has everything you need for a comfortable stay; everything was very clean and welcoming, and the kitchen well-appointed. Lori even went out of her way to drop off a couple of fans, some firewood, and an HOA beach pass from another house (shhhhhh!) at my request. When some rain swept into the area, driving me from the lovely beach indoors, I gathered some of the abundant pine cones on the property to use as kindling, cooked up a warm fire in the super easy-to-use wood stove, made a cup of hot tea, and curled up for a peaceful evening. Overall I give Lori, the property, and the beautiful, woodsy neighborhood of Carnelian Bay the thumbs up!
