Located in the heart of the Northstar Village, 3 minute walk to the gondola which takes you to ski/ride, 1 minute walk to grocery story, skating rink, movie theater, amazing restaurants, and more. Only building in the Northstar Village that has free access to the Northstar Rec Ctr, a 3 minute walk from the condos. The Rec. Center has pools (including adult only pool), hot-tubs, kids water structures, playgrounds, gym, game room, sports courts, bocce, BBQs, quiet room, and more. Walk seconds to grocery store, skating rink, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Condo has 1 free parking in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo.) Spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too!

Condo is steps from the Shuttle stop for all of the Northstar shuttles and free TART shuttles that will take you FREE to Donner Lake and all around North Lake Tahoe and down the West shore. Condo comes with multiple parking spots: one free parking spot in an assigned spot in the covered parking garage in the building (below the condo) and more spots closeby if needed. Garage spot is steps away from the elevator and stairwell. There are awesome luggage carts too! Plus, no need to worry about snow on your car. EV charging right outside too!
