All freshly decorated, huge bedrooms with all new bedding and new sitting areas. New year-round fire pit, hot-tub, and BBQ on massive deck with a peekaboo lakeview of Lake Tahoe. Steps to hiking trails. Access HOA's private beach w double decker pier on Lake Tahoe, less than 1/2 mile. Deck has hot-tub, fire-pit, 10 person dining table, outdoor furniture, and hammock during Summer. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, wifi, fireplace, projector, sleds, firewood, etc. $95/night pet fee-2 dog max.

3 huge bedrooms, each with a living/hangout space, and are separated around the house:
- Bedroom 1: king bed, new queen pullout couch, huge TV, huge ensuite full bathroom and located in its own wing of the house
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 full bed plus hang out space and located in the other 'wing' up a separate staircase
- Bedroom 3: 2 queen daybeds with 2 pullout trundles, full ensuite bathroom and a projector!
- Main floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area, doors leading to outdoor deck, mudroom with access to the garage, and 3 separate staircases leading to the 3 separate bedrooms.
- Huge outdoor deck: brand new, year-round fire-pit with adirondack chairs next to the hot-tub.
You'll have the entire home to yourselves plus access to the private HOA beach and double decker pier that is located 1/2 mile from the house.

Access to awesome hiking trails steps from the house. Located 1 mile to Garwoods and only a couple miles to Tahoe City.

Be aware there are no baby gates. Especially concerning upon entering/ steep stairs, going down and no way to prevent the child falling. Also, I found several things needing maintenance. Such as the freezer was broken, the trash masher was broken. Several outlets did not work. seem like there was a fair amount of wear and tear. The place was very clean. The host provided very clear instructions and the deck was nice. Bedrooms were decorated very nice. Beautiful AirBnb in Tahoe! It was exactly like the pictures. Lori was proactive and easy to get ahold of if we needed her. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again soon! We had a fantastic stay—conveniently located in Carnelian Bay, making it easy to come and go at any time. Lori was a great host, very communicative, and provided an excellent guide to local activities, restaurants, and shops. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful cabin. Came for a short couple of nights. Place is exactly as described. Enjoyed the hot tub and grill on deck with lovely living room right off it. Plenty of space for our party of 7. We will be back again.
