Positive: Very nice condo! It was very peaceful at night, and the beds were comfortable. All 5 of us enjoyed our stay. Lori was great about communicating with my daughter and myself when we were checking in. All of our questions were quickly answered. Totally recommend this rental.
Negative: There weren't any washcloths. Not sure if they were just forgotten, or if that's what they do.

Absolutely amazing. The view was incredible. I slept the best I have in months with the sliding glass door in the master open at night. Having access to the pool for my kids at the end of the day was the icing on the cake!

Overall a wonderful stay.  We had seven of us and the home was spacious, very comfortable, nice outdoor space and conveniently located to trails, Lake Tahoe beaches, northstar resort and downtown Truckee.  We would most definitely return for another stay!

We had a great stay at Lori’s place! The home was very well organized and had everything you’d expect from an Airbnb and more. Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to the keyless entry, and communication was smooth, we only exchanged a couple of quick messages, which made the process super easy. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you might need, and there were plenty of board games and extra touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure to stay at the truckee Donner lake house and it was wonderful! The house was very well equipped, had everything you could need from spoons, plates, cooking equipment, a beautiful deck with a fire place and barbecue and the best part, jacuzzi! We had a great stay at this cozy and well-equipped home. The place had everything we needed — a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was clean and nicely set up, perfect for relaxing. One thing to note is that the house was quite hot during our stay. There is an AC in the living room, which helped a bit, but the upstairs bedroom only had a fan and still felt quite warm, making it a little difficult to sleep at night. We understand it was summer, so we’ll try to come back during cooler weather. Still, overall it was a good experience and we appreciated everything the place had to offer

Excellent secluded property to explore Truckee & North Lake Tahoe area! We found the house quite welcoming, clean, and very well stocked with all the amenities we expected. The fully kitted kitchen with proper appliances was especially appreciated! Lori provided a detailed guide to the house that made our stay more enjoyable. What a lovely, well-appointed mountain getaway with a high-touch host.  The location is idyllic and centrally located - close to the lake, trails, slopes, restaurants, and all that make Tahoe a favorite in any season. Place was beautiful and felt like home. North Lake Tahoe was very peaceful. We went to South Lake Tahoe for a day and it was congested and touristy. The north suited our family well. Every restaurant we ate at was great, and wait staff were so nice. The information that Lori gave about the house and activities in the area were spot-on, leaving no need for questions. Thanks for letting us stay at such a wonderful place!

We LOVED our stay at this Airbnb. By far my favorite place I’ve stayed at in Truckee. We were pleasantly surprised upon check in. We are clean freaks and most places we stay aren’t up to our standards of cleanliness. This place is immaculate! Spotless and tidy, not to mention totally uncluttered! I never felt uncomfortable walking around barefoot or like I should’ve brought my own bedding. We only utilized the top floor really since it was just me and my husband but wow that living room and bedroom were some comfy and cozy. The location is beyond excellent. A minute drive from downtown Truckee or a short walk away. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cutlery you need. As well as a keurig and coffee pot. We also loved hanging out on the balconies with our dogs. We will 100% be staying here again. 10/10 would recommend you to stay here for your next trip to Truckee.

We love being up in Bear Creek nestled up against the Granite Chief Wilderness. Great for skiing but we love it for summer hiking. Private pond is spectacular with mountain stream fed water. Lori's house is fantastic for a large group. Perfect for our family reunion.

Positive: The cabin was well located and very comfortable. We found several trails nearby for running and the lake was very close. We liked the fenced yard for our Labrador pup and the bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen had everything needed for our breakfast and dinner.
Negative: We didn't like that we had to leave.

Really well equipped condo perfect for our family of 6 adults. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with upgraded pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the condo was the location to the lake. A short walk to a lovely beach. We will definitely book again!

Had a wonderful stay in Tahoe at Lori's place. Great location outside the major towns but easily accessible by a 5 minute drive. Walkable to the water and a beach location. Great amenities in the community. The condo was exactly as pictured and comfortable for our large party. My young daughter loved our stay too! Would love to come back.

Great for many types of groups and multiple families will enjoy this 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom spacious home. All bedrooms are big and have multiple beds and a sitting area. Huge, outdoor deck with new hot-tub, fire-pit, outdoor dining for 10, and furniture. Comes with all the amenities you'll enjoy such as fast/free wifi, comfortable beds, extra bedding and fluffy towels, fully stocked kitchen, garage and driveway parking, laundry, complimentary toiletries and so much more. 1 mile to Garwoods.

Beautiful home in a lovely part of north Lake Tahoe - very quiet and peaceful. The access to the private dock was really nice - great to go down and jump in the lake or just watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable and the living room and dining area and back porch were nice hang out spots. The water was nice and hot for showers - which was great for a full house. Would definitely come back - thank you!

Awesome experience! Great location. House amenities were on point. Plenty of space for 8 adults. We were lucky enough to catch a bear walking through the backyard (a few houses away)!   HOA dock is a bit of a hike considering the slope of the neighborhood and walking along a main road. Otherwise, had no issues !

Be aware there are no baby gates. Especially concerning upon entering/ steep stairs, going down and no way to prevent the child falling. Also, I found several things needing maintenance. Such as the freezer was broken, the trash masher was broken. Several outlets did not work. seem like there was a fair amount of wear and tear. The place was very clean. The host provided very clear instructions and the deck was nice. Bedrooms were decorated very nice.

Lori was a fantastic host. She was extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The home was beautiful and quite cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could imagine needing! There are three different flights of stairs to bedrooms, it was slightly challenging with a 2 year old who wants to climb everywhere. Very easily mitigated with baby gates. Would love to stay here again!
